I am Aldean B Hendrickson.
I am a canonist.
I earned my Licentiate in Canon Law (JCL) in 2012 from Université Saint Paul/Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Since 2013 I have worked full time for a diocesan tribunal in the United States, as well as serving as advocate for clients in marriage nullity and penal causes before a number of other tribunals in the country.
Core Values
Integrity
The processes of canon law are about discovering the truth in the service of both justice and equity, with the careful protection of rights for those involved. They are not about “winning”
Confidentiality
I will always handle all my cleints’ information with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.
Empathy
I see my clients as whole persons, and I work hard to understand who they are, and what they need in the specific circumstances of the cause at hand.
Honesty
Above all, I will always be honest with my clients, even — or especially — when it might not be what they want to hear.
